Beyond Training & Events personnel strive to follow the ethical standards listed in both the American Counseling Association (ACA) Ethical Code, Marriage and Family Therapy Association and American Psychological Association.
Should there be a grievance or complaint that arises regarding the training content, trainer, or another participant’s actions please see table below:

The responsible staff member listed above will respond to your complaint and make decisive efforts to investigate the issue within 3 business days.

Beyond Training & Events personnel will inform the attendee of any decision regarding the issue within 7 business days. If you do not feel that your grievance was handled fairly or appropriately, then please submit evidence to support your grievance.

We will do our best to make adjustments or improvements moving forward.
CONCERNS ABOUT AASECT CE COURSES
If the above grievance process is not resolved to your satisfaction, please make a formal complaint through this contact at the AASECT organization: ce@aasect.org
The AASECT CE Provider, Beyond Training & Events or the Event Facilitator, Dr. Caroline Gonzales, will abide by any decisions regarding resolution of the grievance as given through AASECT.
