About our EMDR Basic Training

This is a complete and comprehensive EMDR Basic Training.

INCLUDES 10 EMDR Consultation hours required for the completion of Basic Training.

What does your investment of $1650 include?

This is complete and comprehensive EMDR Basic Training Course.

 

Live Training Hours Needed to Complete EMDR Basic Training:

​

  • Completion of twenty (20) live, synchronous instructional hours.

  • Completion of twenty (20) live, synchronous practicum hours.

 

Live Consultation Hours Needed to Complete EMDR Basic Training:

 

  • The completion of ten (10) live, synchronous consultation hours with an EMDRIA Approved Consultant™ or EMDRIA Approved Consultant in Training™ (CIT) within our organization.

  • Ten (10) consultation hours are required to complete EMDR Basic Training.*

  • Consultation allows trainees to integrate the use of EMDR therapy safely and effectively into their clinical settings. 

  • Trainees will receive individualized feedback and instruction in the areas of case conceptualization, client readiness, target selection, specific application of skills, and the integration of EMDR therapy into clinical practice.

 

Learning Assessment:

 

  • The learning assessment is found in the Thinkific portal. 

  • This is a graded assignment.

  • Passing the Learner Assessment is required before receiving your final attendance certificate.

 

 Evaluation:

  • The evaluation of both parts of the course is found in the Thinkific portal.

  • Completion of Evaluation is required before receiving your final attendance certificate.

All instructional, practicum, and consultation hour requirements must be completed within 12 months of starting the EMDR training to receive a certificate of completion.

 

*Note: If you are unable to complete your consultation hours within this 12-month period, EMDRIA requires that you attend a new EMDR Basic Training and you will forfeit all prior payments and fees paid to Beyond Training & Events.

Before registering for an EMDR Approved Basic Training, the participant must be:

  • Fully Licensed Mental Health Professional with master’s degree or doctoral degree in a qualifying mental health field and a license to practice mental health counseling in their state or province;

  • Qualified MDs, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or mental health nurse with an MSN with a specialty in psychiatric studies and licensed to practice in their state or province;

  • Pre-Licensed Mental Health Professional under Supervision

  • Qualified Graduate Student in 2nd year of graduate school (master’s or doctoral program), in an appropriate mental health discipline, under supervision AND in practicum or internship portion of their program.

Cancellation & Refund Policies

  • It is highly recommended that you obtain travel insurance in cases of illness or travel delays or interruptions.

  • Cancellations or requests to withdraw from class with a 100% refund will be accepted up until one week before the class start date.

  • If a cancellation request is submitted within one week of the training date, a 75% refund will be issued or your full payment can be applied toward a future EMDR Basic Training of equal or lesser value.

  • A 50% refund will be issued if a cancellation request is turned within 72 hours of the training start date.

  • On the same day of the training or after the training has begun, only 25% of your payments will be refunded or your full payment can be applied toward a future EMDR Basic Training of equal or lesser value. 

  • The Cancellation request must be submitted to registration@stillwaterccs.net

  • Once we receive the request, please allow 5-7 business days for the bank to process your refund.
