Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Contact us at beyondtrainingevents@yahoo.com if there are issues with registering for the course.

  • We highly suggest that you purchase Travel Insurance in case of illness or travel interruptions.

 
Refund Policy - the basics

  • ​Cancellations or requests to withdraw from class with a 100% refund will be accepted up until one week before the class start date.

  • If a cancellation request is submitted within one week of the training date, a 75% refund will be issued or your full payment can be applied toward a future Training of equal or lesser value.

  • A 50% refund will be issued if a cancellation request is turned within 72 hours of the training start date.

  • On the same day of the training or after the training has begun, only 25% of your payments will be refunded or your full payment can be applied toward a future Training of equal or lesser value. 

  • The Cancellation request must be submitted to beyondtrainingevents@yahoo.com

  • Once we receive the request, please allow 5-7 business days for the bank to process your refund.

 
Emergencies and Extenuating Circumstances

  • If there is an emergency or extenuating circumstances that arise BEFORE the training begins, please make efforts to contact Ben Gonzales bgonzales@stillwaterccs.net or by phone at 210.792.8154 to discuss your options.

  • If there is an emergency or extenuating circumstances that arise DURING training, please make efforts to contact the trainer during a break or contact: Ben Gonzales bgonzales@stillwaterccs.net or by phone at 210.792.8154 to discuss your options.

  • We will make every attempt to accommodate your ADA needs, however if we are unable to accommodate these needs, we will notify you by email and refund your payment(s).

  • There is an expectation of goodwill and respectful behavior toward others in the training. If this agreement is breached, the attendee will be asked to leave and only 25% of the course payments will be returned as a refund.
