In-Person Workshops:
Sundays, starting July 26, 2026, from 2:00 to 4:00 pm CST
Most workshops last between 1.5 to 2 hours.
We will schedule every 2-3 Sundays.

About Your Workshop Leader
My name is Caroline Gonzales (she/her)
I like to define myself as being a professional sacred healer--mostly through my career as a trauma therapist, but also through my studies and work in intimacy coaching and sex therapy. I found this field while undergoing my certification process as an EMDR therapist. I just felt that there was a step missing beyond the trauma treatment. The next step is regaining a sense of intimacy (with the self and with others). Thus, my journey as an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist began. Along the way, I found the Institute for Sexuality Education and Enlightenment (ISEE), where I gained the Certified Holistic Sex Therapist designation and trained as a Sacred Sexuality Instructor. This has ultimately led me to design this beautiful series of workshops that help others to develop their own sense of identity.
